Holiday Gift Guide 2023
Finding gifts that people will appreciate and actually use can be pretty challenging! Over the most recent years, I've been trying to think about: What would help to make their life a bit more joyful or comfortable? So many of us in this community struggle with autoimmune diseases, chronic illnesses, overwhelm and trauma.
So, I’ve complied a list of some of the best holiday gifts around the web. And hey, you don’t need to wait for the holidays to send a gift…these would also be good for birthdays and as thinking-of-you gifts well!

These are some of my favorites!!!
No-Purchase Necessary Gifts:
- - Take them on a day trip so they can get out of the house.
- - Call them and give them your ear. Ask them, “Please tell me all about how you feel and what you are going through.”
- - Write them a hand-written letter with all of the things you appreciate about them.
- - Clean a bit of their home for them. Just vacuuming, doing a load of dishes or folding laundry for them is so relieving!
- - Watch their child for an evening so they can have a parent’s night off.
- - Hugs, understanding, time. More hugs. We ALL need more human touch!
